- Collaborate with finance to maintain $5M+ operational budget within 5% variance
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Lead monthly performance reviews and KPI tracking initiatives
- Drive safety compliance and OSHA standards across all facilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 10%+
- Strong expertise in WMS/TMS systems and process optimization
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ employees
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Valid Florida driver's license required
