Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows including inventory management, logistics coordination, and quality control systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through Agile methodologies to drive KPI achievement
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives reducing costs by 15-20% annually
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational scaling initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and performance metric monitoring
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years team leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing complex supply chain or logistics operations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
