Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure peak efficiency and compliance
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of 15+ professionals
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decision making
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and industry regulations
- Create annual operational budgets and manage cost optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational analytics tools
- Strong P&L management and budgetary control experience
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma) highly valued
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
