Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages for new hires and transferring employees
- Manage housing searches, moving logistics, and community integration support
- Partner with third-party vendors to ensure seamless relocation execution
- Develop and maintain relocation budgets while optimizing cost-efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the relocation lifecycle
- Track and analyze relocation metrics to continuously improve processes
- Collaborate with HR and department leads to align relocation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination, HR, or logistics management
- Proven experience managing relocation budgets and vendor relationships
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global) and MS Office
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional local travel
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
