Job Summary
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of our logistics and supply chain operations. You will lead a diverse team, optimize workflows, and ensure that our commitment to quality and efficiency remains at the forefront of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ employees to maximize productivity.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
- Manage the budget and negotiate with vendors to reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex logistical issues.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and safety audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or logistics.
- Proven experience managing relocation logistics or a willingness to relocate with full support.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
