Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including logistics, inventory, and quality control
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ professionals through performance management and professional development
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management with team leadership
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost-reduction strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification a plus
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
