Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to reduce costs by 15%
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to achieve KPIs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for critical services
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety regulations
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Experience managing unionized teams preferred
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) a plus
