Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehousing, distribution, and transportation teams
- Develop and implement KPI-driven performance improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service-level agreements
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Mentor and develop 8+ direct reports through performance coaching
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement expertise
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
