Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations/supply chain leadership
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics
- Strong PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
