Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives reducing costs by 15%+
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ employees through KPI-driven performance management
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with quarterly financial reviews
- Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company safety protocols
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency opportunities and implement solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in distribution/logistics
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing 10+ person teams
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of inventory management and warehouse automation
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
