Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Manage vendor contracts, conduct vendor audits, and negotiate service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Supervise and support front-desk staff and interns, providing training and performance feedback.
- Maintain office inventory, manage supply ordering, and oversee facility maintenance requests.
- Assist with basic HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and holiday celebrations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Proven experience with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing budgets and handling petty cash.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for company events.
