Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day administration of the office, ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including IT support, cleaning services, and office suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company meetings, team-building events, and client gatherings, managing logistics and budgets.
- HR Administration: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, maintain personnel records, and facilitate payroll processing.
- Financial Oversight: Track office expenses, manage petty cash, and prepare monthly budget reports for executive review.
- Reception & Front Desk: Supervise the front desk staff, manage incoming communications, and ensure a professional reception area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and staff at all levels.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
