Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Minneapolis office, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, maintenance, and services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate internal meetings, company events, and employee onboarding activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT support requests and facility maintenance issues.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining personnel files, processing time-off requests, and coordinating payroll documentation.
- Prepare and track the office budget, including expense reports and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management, administrative assistant, or executive support role.
- Proven experience in budget management, vendor relations, and facilities coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a professional setting.
