Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Minneapolis office, ensuring a smooth workflow for all employees.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, cleaning services, and IT support.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of administrative assistants, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
- Prepare and monitor the annual office budget, including expense reports, payroll processing, and reimbursement tracking.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and visitor logistics to enhance company culture.
- Maintain office facilities and ensure compliance with safety, health, and cleanliness standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between management and staff regarding HR policies and procedural changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management, executive assistant, or administrative leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and executives.
- Proven track record of budget management and financial reporting.
- Experience with HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes when necessary.
