Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and office supply vendors.
- Coordinate company-wide events, team meetings, and holiday celebrations to foster a positive company culture.
- Handle complex travel arrangements and expense reporting for executive staff.
- Monitor office inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies to prevent shortages.
- Assist the HR department with onboarding new hires and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and compliant with all company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management, administrative assistant, or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative on projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
