Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Manage facilities and vendors, handling contracts, maintenance, and vendor relations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Coordinate administrative activities including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing company events.
- Supervise office staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high standards.
- Handle payroll and HR administration, including time tracking, onboarding new hires, and maintaining personnel files.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders and managing budgets to prevent shortages or overspending.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in office management, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Experience with basic accounting and payroll processes is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings.
