Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Manage vendor relationships, including maintenance, catering, and office supply vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service.
- Coordinate company events, team building activities, and internal meetings to boost morale and company culture.
- Process payroll and assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Monitor office budget and inventory, placing orders for supplies and equipment as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT support and facility management, troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing them to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant (3+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
