As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our team has the resources and support they need to excel.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for all departments.
- Facilities & Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, coordinate building maintenance, and handle office supply procurement to maintain a high-quality work environment.
- HR & Culture: Assist in onboarding new hires, coordinate employee engagement activities, and act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and client meetings, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Financial Administration: Manage petty cash, process expense reports, and assist with budget tracking for office expenses.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the central hub for communication, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and distributing internal communications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in office management or administrative coordination.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; experience with property management or HR software is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients at all levels.
- Organization: Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
