Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and maintain HR documentation systems
- Develop and implement office protocols to enhance operational efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff and foster a positive team culture

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software

- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
