Responsibilities
- Spearhead office administration, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain optimization
- Lead HR initiatives including onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level event coordination
- Oversee budget administration for office operations and vendor contracts
- Implement and maintain digital workflows for administrative processes
- Champion workplace safety protocols and emergency preparedness
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as central communication hub
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Proven expertise in office management with budget oversight experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of Maryland employment laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
