Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Oversee administrative staff and coordinate scheduling
- Develop and manage office budgets and expense reports
- Coordinate onboarding and HR processes for new hires
- Implement and optimize office procedures and policies
- Plan company events and maintain office inventory
- Act as primary point of contact for facility maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and office management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Colorado employment regulations
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
