Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Manage administrative workflows including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense processing
- Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and coordinate with HR for employee relations
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance productivity
- Act as primary liaison for vendors, contractors, and facility management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with HR coordination and employee onboarding processes
