Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage office workflows, scheduling, and calendar coordination for executive team
- Lead onboarding processes and serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate facilities management, including space planning and safety protocols
- Manage budgeting, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Support HR initiatives including recruitment coordination and policy implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management or administrative leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Texas employment regulations preferred
