Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supply inventory, facilities maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics for leadership team
- Oversee employee onboarding processes and maintain personnel records
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reporting processes
- Serve as primary contact for building management and IT support
- Plan and execute company events and team-building activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
