Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the Milwaukee office to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
- Supervise and mentor office staff, fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
- Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and visitor experiences.
- Handle incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain office inventory and manage budgets for facility upkeep and operational costs.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished professional demeanor.
- Experience with basic HR functions, payroll processing, and expense reporting.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
