Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced medical equipment provided by the facility to ensure precision in care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and electronic health records.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN License in good standing (required).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree (ADN) accepted with experience.
- Eligibility for US Visa sponsorship (H1B, J1, or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
