Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and treatment according to facility protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to emergencies and changes in status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and charge nurses.
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current RN, LPN, or CNA license (State of Texas or valid foreign equivalency).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) required for visa processing and patient safety.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads may apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
