Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under clinical supervision during training period
- Complete comprehensive nursing curriculum including clinical rotations and skills labs
- Participate in NCLEX exam preparation and pass within 6 months of hire
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records
- Attend mandatory training sessions and continuing education programs
Qualifications
- Foreign-educated nurse with valid nursing degree and credentials
