Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees via phone and email.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the setup of new workstations and network configurations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Monitor system performance and alert senior technicians to potential hardware or software failures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a smooth and efficient technology environment for all departments.
- Conduct basic software updates and patch management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to Denver, CO.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
