Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and positive tone.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data in our internal systems.
- Collaborate with the regional team to ensure service standards are met.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating complex matters appropriately.
- Learn and operate company software tools and communication platforms.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications
