Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services in resort facilities and outdoor recreation areas
- Assist with event setup and venue maintenance for seasonal festivals
- Perform light cleaning and upkeep of public spaces and equipment
- Support inventory management and supply organization
- Follow safety protocols for outdoor and indoor work environments
- Collaborate with diverse team members to maintain high service standards
- Participate in seasonal training programs and team meetings
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-US citizens only)
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Physical stamina for standing/walking up to 8 hours daily
- Valid passport and willingness to undergo background check
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Must arrive in Colorado Springs by May 1, 2026
