Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops including tomatoes, almonds, and grapes
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) under supervision
- Maintain fields through weeding, pruning, and irrigation management
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental guidelines
- Assist with general farm maintenance and equipment repairs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
