Responsibilities
- Harvesting & Planting: Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of seasonal crops with guidance from senior crew members.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate and maintain farm equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Packaging & Sorting: Sort, grade, and pack produce according to industry standards to ensure quality control.
- Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and safe worksite, including fencing and general farm upkeep.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets and schedules.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-site training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Legally Eligible: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (H2A visa sponsorship available).
- Availability: Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime during peak harvest seasons.
- Communication: Basic English skills are helpful for following safety instructions.
