Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in compliance with all H2A regulations.
- Operate standard agricultural machinery and equipment (tractors, harvesters) under direct supervision.
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, pruning, sorting, and packing produce.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and supervisor instructions to ensure high-quality production standards.
- Work collaboratively in a team setting to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications
- No prior agricultural experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be physically capable of performing strenuous outdoor labor, including lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, depending on harvest cycles.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (H2A visa sponsorship available).
- Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
