Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely run basic production equipment and assembly tools.
- Packaging & Shipping: Perform quality control checks and package finished goods for shipment.
- Assembly: Assemble components according to blueprints and safety standards.
- General Maintenance: Keep the workstation clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Material Handling: Move raw materials and finished products using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to sponsor an EB3 Visa.
- English: Basic English reading and comprehension skills are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Documentation: Must provide valid identification and work authorization documents.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
