Responsibilities
- Perform General Labor: Assist in daily warehouse operations, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery with provided training.
- Inventory Management: Help track stock levels, organize storage areas, and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe workplace for everyone.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training; a willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States and available for visa sponsorship.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Communication Skills: Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and coordinate with team members.
