Responsibilities
- Production Support: Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished goods according to strict quality standards.
- Machinery Operation: Learn to operate standard manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Inventory Handling: Help manage stock and ensure accurate counting of materials.
- Safety Adherence: Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Legal Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required—we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
