Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 member night shift team for inbound/outbound logistics
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols during overnight operations
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with day shift team for operational continuity
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, scanners, pallet jacks)
- Resolve workflow bottlenecks and optimize processes
- Generate shift performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Valid forklift certification
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or GED required
- Overnight availability (10 PM - 6 AM) essential
