Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift team members, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handover
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational issues during night hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA certification and Forklift Operator license required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team management capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
