Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments with precision using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic pallet stacking and space utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment and shipping
- Maintain safety compliance standards in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and powered industrial equipment safely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
