Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members across receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems and automation tools
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy with cycle counts and reconciliation
- Train and mentor new team members on SOPs and equipment operation
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or manufacturing
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
