Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics workflows during the night shift.
- Manage and supervise a team of 10+ warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards.
- Conduct shift briefings and end-of-shift reviews to communicate key performance indicators.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Train new hires on equipment usage, safety procedures, and job duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and computer software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
