Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and track inventory in real-time
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems during overnight operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Lead shift handovers and communicate critical updates to day teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM with flexible scheduling
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
