Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the night shift, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the day shift to ensure accurate stock management.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations in a timely manner during the night hours.
- Prepare daily reports on shift performance and operational metrics.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational during the shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
