Key Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Process and prepare documentation for shipping and receiving orders.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
