Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of shipments according to strict safety protocols.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain precise records using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure full compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management software.
- Must be available for immediate start.
