Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ associates, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems and minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports and analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
