Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations during the night shift, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise a team of 10+ warehouse associates, conducting shift briefings and performance evaluations.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to minimize risk.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve operational bottlenecks independently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven experience working in a night shift or rotating shift environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
