Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations during the weekend shift to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 5-10 warehouse associates, ensuring high performance and morale.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and assist with cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy.
- Manage quality control processes to ensure all outbound shipments meet customer specifications.
- Handle administrative duties, including shift logs, timekeeping, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the management team on weekend production goals and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is highly preferred.
- Valid Forklift Certification and ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
