Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage equipment maintenance requests and safety compliance
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (required for forklift operation)
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
